Warranty

All items sold by MXM Express are warranted to the original purchaser for normal use for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase, excluding batteries.  If any product is defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, it will be replaced when returned to MXM Express.  There are no other express or implied warranties except as set forth.  MXM Express shall have no liability or warranty for incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use its products, and in all cases our liability is limited strictly to replacement or the value of the product purchased.

 

Return/Exchange policy

All products can be returned within receipt for an exchange, subject to a Return Authorisation (RA) from MXM Express.

For an RA number, please email customer service at info@mxmexpress.com.  Please note that a RA number does not guarantee final disposition, and all returns are subject to inspection.

All returns must be packed securely with a copy of the original invoice included and a valid RA number clearly written.

Refunds on returned items will be credited to the same payment method that the purchase was made.
Please ship your parcel back to us – we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.  MXM Express is not responsible for returned shipments that are lost, pilfered or damaged.

Shipping info

MXM Express ships all Australian orders via Express Post Courier.  It usually takes 1 – 2 business days for delivery.

International orders that are shipped via DHL/UPS/TNT Express Registered Mail usually takes 2 – 4 business days for delivery, depending upon customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control.  We will endeavour to assist to trace any delayed orders, and tracking services may be available.  If a refund is requested for a shipped lost or undelivered order, it will be done so less freight charges.  DHL/UPS/TNT can only ship to a verified address and not a P O Box.  If an order requires a P O Box in an address, we will downgrade the shipment to Registered Airmail which usually takes 7 – 10 business days for delivery.  Tracking information on these parcels is not available.  In some cases, local customs may delay the delivery of your parcel.

Orders that are sent by Air Mail usually take 10 - 15 business days for delivery. Tracking information on these parcels is not available.

Most orders are shipped within one business day.  All orders are subject to approval by our verification department.  We will notify you by email should your order be delayed.

International customers: Please be advised that you (customer) are responsible for any duty and/or import fees that your country may impose. If delivery is refused, you may be obligated to pay for any return actual shipping fees.

MxM Express are not liable for any delays, damages or lost parcels that are sent by Air Mail through Australia Post.

 

Payments

PayPal payments are our preferred method of payment.  We do not accept orders via telephone.  If required, we can issue an invoice and payment can be made via a bank transfer or direct deposit.
